CSC will walk you through every step of the process and every possible carwash project concept from start to finish. Our many years of experience have given us the knowledge required to provide you with critical advice for further defining your concept and developing the technical design.
As a first step, we will determine the location of the carwash structure with you. We consider how the vehicles will manoeuvre in and around the boxes. We will determine the entry and exit zones of each box, including cars, vans, and motorhomes… The goal is to make the most of the available land. In relation to the first phase, the next step will be to go over all of the available design types and explain the benefits and drawbacks of each. As a result, we will reach the best solution.
We begin with the first sketches and outline of the design once we have an idea of the location and lay-out of the carwash. This is also the point at which we present you with a budget proposal. If necessary, we make final layout changes. A 3D drawing of the final design will be created, and we will provide you with a detailed proposal. When the contract is signed, the project will be assigned a project manager. This person is responsible for the project’s smooth progress and plays an important role in its implementation and follow-up.
The 3D drawing will be worked out in detail in the following phase until it is ready for production. These drawings can also be used by your architects or third parties if necessary. If strength calculations for seismatic, windy, or snowy conditions are required, we can provide them.
The installation manager will visit the site one week before installation to ensure that all preliminary work has been completed. That is, the concrete, water pipes and supply, roadworks, and so on are all well-executed so that the installation can start up smoothly.
Our installation manager will return to the site at the end of the installation to check for any outstanding issues with you. Everything will be documented and resolved under your supervision.
