Custom-made self-service carwash

One of our absolute specialties is self-service carwashes. We have designed and built hundreds of installations and buildings for self-service jet- and carwashes in recent years. Based on the columns and roof, as well as the appropriate functionalities, we created several design concepts, each with its own style. Aside from the carwash bays, we also build the necessary equipment room, INOX high-spec finishing, LED lighting, and vacuum cleaner bays.

We will use our experience and expertise to assist you in selecting the best possible combination of column, roof, equipment room, lighting, and INOX.

Columns

The column layout can be customised to fit the space available on your property. Columns that run inwards from the ground to the top take up more space but provide more protection against wind and splashes from neighbouring boxes. Carwashes with outward running columns take up less space and are easier to manoeuvre around. There can be two or three columns per partition, depending on the type of column structure.

Columns with integrated control panel

This type of carwash has the control panel integrated into the column itself, as opposed to the separate control column.

Roof shapes

We also offer different type of roof shapes, each with its own style and features. All roof shapes can be combined with all different types of columns.

Technical rooms

We have two types of technical rooms for your carwash structures. The main difference is in the roof shape.

Pitched-roof

Pitched roof

Our pitched roof has a hole through which water runs off the roof. This allows you to choose which side of your structure the water will run off of.

Flat-roof

Flat roof

Because our flat roof allows water to run off it, there will never be standing water on your roof. The disadvantage is that water will run off on all sides of the roof. This type is less expensive than a pitched roof.

LED-lights

LED lights integrated into our carwash structures are energy efficient, resulting in lower costs. The lights can also be used as a marketing tool; the colours can be customised to match your company’s colours, and your carwash will be visible even in the dark. The lights can be integrated not only into the roof, but also into the gutters, columns, and so on.

Finishing grade INOX

We are experts in INOX because of:

  • Durability
  • No corrosion
  • Better resistance to chemicals
  • Higher gloss
  • Very easy to maintain

If desired, all types of carwashes can also be made in galvanised or lacquered steel.
